About the Technique
These concentrated therapies are very similar and designed to target both acute and chronic aches an pains. Incorporated into your massage session, these therapies rotate hot towels and key-ingredient products to provide muscle relief to multiple layers of connective tissue. These are ideal choices for those who suffer discomfort or limited mobility due to inflammation, overuse, repetitive movements or injury.
Deep Heat
$10
This treatment is all about the heat! After warming up the muscles for a few minutes with basic compression and lotion, warm towels are applied to stretch and ease muscle fibers. Next, a specific and concentrated oil is used to finish the massage session for maximum results. This oil warms once applied and helps work multiple layers of tissue. The treatment is then closed with more warm towels and compression.
Deep Freeze
$12
Like the deep heat, this treatment opens with hot towels and compression. The area is then warmed up with a basic style of massage and lotion. After a few minutes, the same multi-tissue warming oil is used to preform the customized massage to areas of concern. Hot towels follow the massage with compression, but the session is closed with a thin layer of a minty cooling gel that soothes the worked and heated area while temporarily dulling the aches and pains with a slight "numbing tingle".
